Personal Instructors

We receive many inquiries throughout the year from members who want to improve their game. The instructors listed below are members of the Club, but please don't take any of the following as a recommendation or endorsement by PATC.

How to find an instructor that is right for you:

Discuss their teaching style with them before scheduling any lessons. Ask for the names and phone numbers of some of their former students and/or try to find other people who have worked with them in the past.

After you have completed your instruction, the PATC Board welcomes your comments about your experiences (both good and bad). Your feedback will help us maintain the integrity and usefulness of this list.

Classes

Classes for beginning and intermediate players are offered through the Palo Alto Recreation Department and are taught by the staff of Stanford Coach John Whitlinger and USPTA Professional Tom Sarsfield.
