Palo Alto High School Courts

Location: Next to Palo Alto High School, along El Camino

Number: Seven (7) courts total. The main six courts are separated into two sections of three courts each. There is one solo court.

Lights: The main six (6) courts have lights.

Closest major intersection: Churchill and El Camino †

Driving directions: Palo Alto Unified School District Administration Building

Restrooms: The high school's restrooms are not always open. Rating: Unreliable

Courtside benches: None

Noise factors: The courts are adjacent to several basketball courts and a baseball field. They are also between El Camino Real and the Caltrain tracks. Rating: Heavy, during rush hour

Parking: There are several spaces in front of the courts and around the PAUSD buildings. Rating: Adequate

Maintenance: Courts are washed on the 2nd and 4th Wednesdays of every month.

Notes: There are bleachers outside the fence facing Court No. 1. The courts are often used by Paly students weekday afternoons during the school year. The lights are not as bright as the ones found at Rinconada or Mitchell.

Parking ratings are based on ideal conditions and do not take into account other events that may be taking place near the courts.
