Noise factors: Adjacent to a softball field and a children's play area. Rating: Low

Parking: Unmarked spaces along Cowper in front of Hoover Park. Rating: Adequate†

Maintenance: Courts are washed on the 1st and 3rd Wednesdays of every month.

Notes: Two backboards are available. Leaves are a problem on both courts, but particularly No. 1. The restroom facilities are new; they were added to Hoover Park during the summer of 2002.
