ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

There are more courts available to Palo Alto tennis players than listed on this site. All courts in Menlo Park are locked, but both residents and non-residents can purchase keys for an annual fee. Many PATC members also like to play at courts in Mountain View, including Rengstorff Park (located just to the south of Palo Alto) and Cuesta Park.

There are also courts in Palo Alto that are not open to the general public. Stanford University has three sets of courts (Encina, West Campus, and Taube Stadium), but you must be a current student, faculty, or staff member to use them. There are courts at private clubs, such as University Club on Miranda Ave (just off Foothill Expressway) and Eichler Swim & Tennis Club on Louis Road. Lastly, both JLS and the old Terman Middle School have tennis courts, but they have fallen into disrepair and are not suitable for recreational play.
